Most of our orders are shipped 1-5 business days from purchase. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 1-3 business days of its ship date, dependent on selected shipping service. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Favyola is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Switzerland.

Swiss-Express Mond: For faster delivery, you can opt for Swiss-Express Mond at a flat rate of 18.00 CHF.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

The pre-order item is an item which you have the chance to purchase in preview from the new collection or a limited edition. It means that the item is still in production when ordered and not immediately available in our warehouse. Delivery times may vary for pre-orders.
